Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for the 2026 MTN Global Graduate Development Programme, applicants must:
Hold a minimum of Second Class Upper (2:1) or HND Upper Credit.
Have graduated after October 30, 2023, and before December 29, 2025.
Be fluent in English (spoken and written).
Have full-time work experience (industrial attachment/internship experience may count).
