⚠️ Self-Harm or Self-Destructive Behaviors
Engaging in harmful behaviors, such as cutting or substance abuse.
⚠️ Expressing Hopelessness or Helplessness
Verbalizing feelings of despair, worthlessness, or suicidal thoughts.
⚠️ A Sudden Loss of Interest in Activities
Abruptly stopping participation in hobbies or activities they once
enjoyed.
