The Graduate Trainee Programme is a structured 12 month development initiative designed to equip participants with practical skills, technical knowledge, and professional exposure. Successful candidates will benefit from mentorship by experienced industry professionals and will gain valuable insight into real world operations across various functional areas.
To be eligible, applicants must possess a minimum of a Second Class Upper 2.1 bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution. Candidates must have completed the National Youth Service Corps programme and hold a valid discharge or exemption certificate. Applicants should have graduated within the last 3 years and must not be more than 28 years old at the time of application. In addition, candidates must be eligible to work full time in Nigeria.
The role is based in Ededei and other operational areas, providing trainees with the opportunity to work in dynamic and field oriented environments.
