The National Examinations Council (NECO) has released the results of the 2026 Senior School Certificate Examination (SSCE) Internal.
The development comes after weeks of anticipation by thousands of candidates who sat for the examination conducted earlier this year.
NECO had previously indicated that the results would be released by the first week of September or earlier, following the completion of the marking, processing and verification of candidates’ scripts.
Candidates can now access their results through the Council’s official result-checking platform using their examination details and a valid result-checking token.
The release is expected to provide relief to candidates awaiting their results for admission into tertiary institutions and other academic purposes.
Candidates are advised to use only NECO’s official platforms when checking their results and to beware of fraudulent websites or individuals claiming to offer preferential access to results.
