✅ Eligibility Criteria
To be considered, applicants must:
Be non-French nationals, aged 18 or older.
Be actively involved in the promotion and defense of human rights in their country.
Be recognized as a human rights defender (as defined by the UN).
Provide proof of impact or recognition (e.g., press articles, recommendations).
Demonstrate how the program would strengthen their advocacy work locally and internationally.
Possess a valid passport (or be ready to acquire one).
Be legally able to travel and commit to the entire 4-month period in France.
