The ECOWAS-YEP is a regional youth development initiative designed by ECOWAS, implemented in Nigeria by the Association of Organic Agriculture Practitioners of Nigeria (NOAN).
Its main goal is to reduce unemployment and curb irregular migration by equipping young Nigerians with practical agricultural and agri-business skills.

Be Nigerian, aged 18–35
Be interested in agriculture, especially organic farming
Be committed to completing all training phases
Women and marginalized groups are strongly encouraged to apply
