Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for the FCM Foundation SEED Scholarship, applicants must:
1. Be a full-time undergraduate student in one of the nine (9) eligible universities.
2. Be in their 300-level at the time of application.
3. Have a minimum CGPA of 4.5 on a 5.0 scale (or equivalent).
4. Be willing and available to fulfill scholarship requirements and participate in all training programs.

Required Documents
Applicants must submit the following:
1. Student Identification Card issued by their institution.
2. Proof of Current Studentship (e.g., biodata form, school ID).
3. Reference Letter from a reputable Islamic organization (Institution-based student organizations are not acceptable).
4. Current Academic Transcript or result slip, stamped and signed by the Head of Department (HOD).
5. Personal Statement explaining why they deserve the scholarship.
