The FNB Namibia Graduate Trainee Programme is an intensive, specialised career development pathway designed to attract and retain high-potential Namibian graduates. Over 18–24 months, participants gain the skills, experience, and leadership capacity to step into critical or specialist roles within FNB.
Eligibility
Applicants must:
Be Namibian citizens
Hold a recognised postgraduate tertiary qualification with a minimum final-year average of 65%
Have qualifications in one or more of the following fields:
Quants, CFA, or Data Science
Investigation, ACFE, or Data Analysis
Climate Risk studies
Accounting
BCom in Industrial Psychology, Artificial Intelligence, Process/Machine Engineering, Process Engineering, Digital Transformation, Statistics, or Mathematics
BCom Finance or Economics (Hons)
Finance or Economics (Hons)
Programme Focus
Hands-on professional training in specialist areas
Career preparation for critical leadership or expert positions
Development in areas where skills are scarce internally and externally
