The Nigeria Energy Forum (NEF) invites applications for the 10th edition of its Africa Energy Innovation Challenge (AEIC), supporting early-stage young energy entrepreneurs across Africa. The challenge seeks innovative prototypes and scalable solutions in energy transition, agribusiness, social development, and clean mobility — with the aim of advancing job creation and sustainable energy access.
Eligibility:
African youth aged 18–35.
Teams of at least 3 people, with gender balance (minimum one man and one woman).
Open to students, startups, institutions, and cross-country collaborations.

1. Powering Youth Employment & Job Creation
2. Energizing Agribusiness & Social Development
3. Greening Local Manufacturing & Value Addition
4. CNG for Transport & Electrified Mobility
