✅ Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for the scholarship, applicants must:
1. Be citizens of countries recognised by the Malaysian Government.
2. Be applying for full-time postgraduate studies (Master’s or PhD) at Malaysian public universities or selected private higher education institutions.
3. Be under 40 years old for Master’s applicants and under 45 years old for PhD applicants.
4. Possess:
For Master’s: A Bachelor’s Degree with a CGPA of at least 3.0 (or equivalent 2nd Class Upper Honours).
For PhD: A Master’s Degree with a CGPA of at least 3.0 or equivalent excellent academic performance.
5. Demonstrate English language proficiency through one of the following:
IELTS with a band score of 6.0 or higher, or
TOEFL (paper-based) with a score of 550 or higher, or
Proof that previous degrees were taught in English (with official documentation).
