Coca-Cola HBC Nigeria is now accepting applications for the 2025 Technical Trainee Program, an 18-month non-residential training scheme** designed to provide young Nigerians with practical, hands-on exposure to Coca-Cola’s production processes while supporting their career development.
Programme Structure
The training will run in two phases:
Phase 1 – First 12 months (Lagos):
* Classroom and hands-on training covering:
* Basic Bottling Process
* Industrial Mechatronics
* Automation and Process Control Engineering
* Machine Shop Operation
* General Fittings and Welding
* Utility Maintenance and Operations
* Quality Assurance/Quality Control
Phase 2 – Final 6 months (across Nigeria):
On-the-job training at one of Coca-Cola’s eight production plants nationwide, providing real-world experience in live production environments.

Eligibility Requirements
Applicants must:
* Be Nigerian.
* Hold a minimum of OND in Engineering from a recognized institution.
