Hiring: Media Specialist at Nigerent

Location: Remote/ Hybrid | Lagos

Nigerent is looking for a creative, detail-driven Media Specialist to help bring our properties and brand stories to life through stunning visuals, motion, and compelling content. If you live for smooth transitions, strong storytelling, and polished edits — this one’s for you.

Responsibilities
Edit high-quality photos and videos for property listings, campaigns, and brand content
Handle cinematography for real estate walkthroughs, short-form videos, and creative
projects
Create motion design assets (text animations, transitions, lower thirds, reels graphics,
etc.) for videos and social content
Edit photos and videos using professional tools (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects,
Photoshop, Lightroom, etc.)
Apply filmmaking and storytelling techniques to create engaging visual narratives
Design graphics and creative assets for social media and marketing materials

Requirements
Strong knowledge of cinematography & photography
Proven experience editing both photos and videos
Solid Graphics and motion design skills (After Effects or similar — animations, transitions,
kinetic text)
Must know how to use, Adobe Premiere Pro, after effects, photoshoot, Lightroom, etc
Understanding of filmmaking/storytelling principles
Comfortable using AI tools for creative or productivity workflows
