Job Title: Accountant

Salary: ₦500,000 – ₦800,000 monthly
Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos

Our client, a dynamic company operating within the construction and real estate sectors, is seeking a highly intelligent, proactive, and well-organized Accountant to support financial operations and ensure strong financial controls across the business.

Key Responsibilities
– Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, reports, and reconciliations
– Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
– Oversee accounts payable and receivable functions
– Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
– Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
– Monitor cash flow and support strategic financial decision-making
– Liaise with auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory bodies
– Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance efficiency and controls.

Requirements
– Minimum of a Second Class Upper (2:1) degree in Accounting or Finance
– At least 6 years of relevant accounting experience
– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
– Excellent attention to detail and organizational ability
– Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
– Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
