* Partner with Marketing and Commercial teams to develop medium‑ and long‑term category financial plans
* Lead financial evaluation, scenario modelling, and business case assessments for innovations and market opportunities
* Provide deep insights into category and brand profitability, performance trends, and ROI delivery
* Support the Business Plan, Rolling Forecast, and Latest Estimate processes
* Track, analyze, and report marketing investment budgets in collaboration with commercial stakeholders
* Prepare Brand P&Ls, investment sharing reports, and profit‑sharing reconciliations
* Identify risks, opportunities, and growth levers through robust data analysis
* Present clear, actionable financial insights to cross‑functional leaders
* Build strong partnerships across functions and with external brand partners
* Strengthen financial discipline by challenging assumptions and improving financial processes
* Support continuous improvement initiatives to elevate forecasting, modelling, and reporting capability
🎯 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗬𝗼𝘂’𝗹𝗹 𝗕𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴
* Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
* 4+ years’ experience in Finance or Commercial Analysis, preferably in FMCG or a multinational environment
* Strong understanding of product costing, sourcing, category performance, and commercial finance
* Advanced Excel financial modelling skills and strong PowerPoint proficiency
* Experience with SAP/BW or similar ERP tools
* Ability to interpret financial data, communicate insights clearly, and influence non‑finance stakeholders
* Proven ability to analyze forecasts, actuals, variances, and performance drivers
* Strong analytical, planning, and problem‑solving skills
* Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation capabilities
* Proactive, curious, and improvement‑oriented mindset with strong business intuition
