The Federal Government of Nigeria, through the Ministry of Education, is offering a valuable skill acquisition and career development opportunity for young Nigerians under the IDEAS-TVET Programme (Innovative Development and Effectiveness in the Acquisition of Skills – Technical and Vocational Education and Training).
As part of this initiative the contract is to train 100 young Nigerians in Beekeeping at the Jos Wildlife Park Facility, from January to June 2026.
Programme Benefits
Participants will enjoy the following:
₦22,500 monthly training stipend (paid directly to trainees)
NEBT (National Education Board of Technology) Certificate of Achievement
Beekeeping start-up kit upon completion

Eligibility Requirements
Applicants must:
Be resident within Jos metropolis
Be a Nigerian youth (male or female)
Be between 15–35 years of age
Be willing to provide biometric information (during registration)
Be ready and available for a 6-month training programme, structured as:
First 3 months: 3 sessions weekly (2–3 hours per session)
Last 3 months: Internship period
