ABOUT THE ROLE
This is a senior, execution-focused role supporting partnerships, funding, and opportunity development across Convenings Platform, Foundation / NGO, and Real Estate.
This role focuses on building and managing a strong pipeline of corporate partners, sponsors, donors, and investors.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Build and manage partnership & investor pipeline
* Develop funding proposals and sponsorship packages
* Coordinate stakeholder engagement (corporates, DFIs, HNWIs)
* Support convenings, events, and partnership execution
* Track pipeline activity and progress

REQUIREMENTS
* Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, Business, Marketing, or a related field
* A Master’s degree is an added advantage
* 7+ years in business development, partnerships, or related roles
* Experience in at least 2 areas: sponsorships, donor development, convenings, development finance, or real estate.
* Demonstrated ability to engage and manage C-suite executives, foundations, DFIs, and HNWIs

* Ability to develop proposals, pitches, and sponsorship packages
* Experience working with donors, investors, and key stakeholders
* Excellent written and verbal communication
* Organized, self-directed, and able to manage multiple priorities
