Pastor Abraham Olaluwoye Education Foundation Restores Hope for Mushin Children
The Pastor Abraham Olaluwoye (PAO) Education Foundation is restoring hope for children within Mushin Local Government and beyond, providing them with opportunities to pursue their education despite financial and personal setbacks.
One such beneficiary is Hassan Korede Adeniyi, an aspiring electrical engineer from Osun State, whose dream of sitting for his O’level examinations was once shattered.
“I was supposed to write my WAEC and NECO examinations in 2018,” Hassan said. “But our principal absconded with the registration fees of all the candidates that year. That incident left me very bitter and discouraged. My interest in furthering my education dropped completely.”

For years, that disappointment lingered — until his mother learned about the PAO Education Foundation scholarship programme. She encouraged him to apply, a decision that changed the trajectory of his life.
“When my mum told me about the PAO Education Scholarship Foundation, she assured me it could help. I applied, and thankfully, it came through for me,” he recalled. “The scholarship restored my hope of going back to school and furthering my studies.”
Hassan, who describes Mathematics as his favourite subject, says he is now motivated to pursue his ambition of becoming an electrical engineer.
“I really appreciate the PAO Education Scholarship Foundation for their support, especially for coming through when my hopes were low,” he said.
The Foundation awarded him the NECO registration scholarship slot, enabling him to sit for the examination this year.
Founded by Pastor Abraham Olaluwoye, the PAO Education Foundation has provided educational assistance to numerous children in Mushin and surrounding communities, ensuring that financial hardship does not rob them of the chance to learn and succeed.
