A photo gallery of today’s epochal Let There Be Teachers conference, the world’s largest gathering of teachers. Convened by Mr Oluwaseyi Anifowose, the event which took place today at the Tafawa Balewa Square in Lagos had in attendance, the Honourable Minister of Education, Dr. Tunji Alausa, who was ably represented by the Registrar of the Teachers Registration Council of Nigeria (TRCN), Dr. Ronke Soyombo. Dr Soyombo delivered the Minister’s keynote address. Amongst other dignitaries was Mrs Folasade Adefisayo, veteran educator and a former Commissioner of Education for Lagos State. EduTimes Africa remains proud to count Mrs Adefisayo as a member of its Editorial Board. Oba Adedokun Abolarin, the Orangun of Oke Ila, Osun State and proprietor of the zero-fees paying yet beautiful school, Abolarin College was also present.
