PVC ONLINE REGISTRATION BEGINS – CITIZENS URGED TO TAKE ACTION
The Like Minds Leaders Forum (LMLF) wishes to inform the general public that the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) has commenced online registration for Permanent Voter’s Cards (PVCs).
This exercise covers the following categories:
Citizens who have lost their PVC and require a replacement.
Young Nigerians who have recently turned 18 years of age and are eligible to vote for the first time.
Voters who need to update or correct their personal details.
In a statement issued by the Forum, citizens were strongly encouraged to seize this opportunity and complete their registration early, rather than waiting until the last minute.
“Your PVC is not just an identity card, it is the instrument of your power as a citizen. Through it, you have the right to choose leaders who will serve with integrity and accountability. We therefore call on all eligible Nigerians to take responsibility by registering, collecting their PVCs, and ensuring they are ready to vote,” the statement read.
Registration begins online via the INEC portal and will be completed at designated INEC centers where biometrics will be captured.
The Like Minds Leaders Forum reiterates its commitment to civic responsibility, good governance, and the empowerment of citizens through active political participation.
