The University of Lagos (UNILAG) has announced that its first-ever Registry Week will take place from Tuesday, November 4 to Thursday, November 6, 2025.
Themed “University Administration: The Future is Now!”, the event is being organised by the Registry unit of the University to recognise the vital role of Registry staff in advancing administrative excellence.
According to the organisers, the Registry Week is designed to celebrate the contributions of officers who form the backbone of UNILAG’s administrative structure while also creating opportunities for professional growth, innovation, and teamwork.
The key objectives of the Week include:
Promoting excellence in university administration
Encouraging staff wellness and productivity
Strengthening teamwork and boosting staff morale
Driving capacity development across all cadres
The three-day programme will feature engaging sessions, thought-provoking discussions, and memorable activities, all aimed at empowering Registry staff and reinforcing their central role in the University’s operations.
UNILAG management noted that the countdown has begun for what promises to be a historic and inspiring event.
