Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible for the scholarship, applicants must:

3. Approach and secure nomination from a local Rotary Club.
How to Apply (Step-by-Step Guide)
1. Apply for Admission:
Submit an application for the IHE Delft Master’s Program in Water and Sustainable Development by April 1, 2025.
2. Locate a Rotary Club:
Search for the nearest Rotary Club in your region and reach out to request a nomination.
3. Complete Application Form:
Fill out the scholarship application form with the Rotary Club’s endorsement.
4. Submission:
Submit the fully completed application form to the Rotary/IHE Delft selection committee in the Netherlands by April 15, 2025. Ensure a copy is sent to your District Governor and Rotary Foundation Chair.
5. Selection Process:
Candidates will be notified of the selection results by May 15, 2025.
6. Final Approval:
Formal endorsement by The Rotary Foundation will be announced by July 1, 2025.
