Programme Description
The Dangote Graduate Trainee Programme is aimed at building a strong talent pipeline for the Dangote Group. The goal is to train and prepare “plant-ready” personnel with the technical knowledge and soft skills needed to meet the demands of the company’s various operations.

Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must meet the following requirements to be eligible:
Must possess an NYSC completion or exemption certificate
Must have graduated with a minimum of Second Class Lower (2:2) or Upper Credit for HND holders
Must not be older than 28 years
