The internship is based in Minna, Niger State, and is designed for graduates seeking hands-on experience in recruitment, candidate management, administrative coordination, and organisational operations.
About the Internship
The successful intern will support the recruitment team by:
– Managing recruitment administration and maintaining accurate records.
– Screening CVs and assisting with candidate shortlisting.
– Scheduling interviews and coordinating interview logistics.
– Communicating professionally with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
– Updating candidate information in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
– Preparing basic recruitment reports and supporting process improvements.
– Assisting with recruitment projects and other HR-related activities.
The internship forms part of One Acre Fund’s Young Professionals Programme, which provides paid work experience, mentorship, professional training, and career development opportunities for outstanding African graduates.
Eligibility Requirements
Applicants must:
– Hold a bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.
– Have 6 months to 1 year of recruitment or human resources experience.
– Be familiar with Google Workspace.
– Have strong communication, organisational, and collaboration skills.
– Possess excellent attention to detail.
– Demonstrate basic data analysis skills.
– Be proficient in English.
Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems such as Greenhouse will be an added advantage.
