The National Business and Technical Examinations Board (NABTEB) has set September 10 as the deadline for registration for its 2026 November/December certificate examinations.
The registration deadline covers the National Business Certificate (NBC), National Technical Certificate (NTC), Advanced National Business Certificate (ANBC), and Advanced National Technical Certificate (ANTC) examinations.
According to a statement by NABTEB’s Assistant Director of Media and Protocol, Uchechukwu Olisah, registration for the examinations commenced on August 10.
Candidates who have not yet registered are expected to complete the process before the deadline.
However, registration for the December Modular Trades Certificate Examination will remain open until September 30.
“Prospective candidates and other stakeholders are advised to complete their registration before the respective deadlines,” Olisah said.
The board disclosed that registration fees are ₦22,500 for NBC and NTC candidates, ₦25,500 for ANBC and ANTC candidates, and ₦6,000 for the December Modular Trades Certificate Examination.
NABTEB also urged candidates, schools, technical and vocational institutions, apprenticeship centres, and other stakeholders to comply with approved registration requirements.
To avoid errors, delays, or complications, the board advised candidates to obtain registration information only through authorised NABTEB channels.
According to the examination body, the examinations are part of its mandate to provide competency-based assessment and certification in business and technical education.
