The Nigerian Education Loan Fund (NELFUND) has disbursed ₦104.53 million to Sikiru Adetona College of Education, Science and Technology, Omu-Ajose, Ogun State, to cover the statutory charges of 680 verified students for the 2025/2026 academic session.
The disbursement, made on May 18, 2026, provides 100 per cent funding for the statutory fees of all verified beneficiaries in the institution, ensuring they can continue their academic pursuits without financial disruption.
According to the announcement, the intervention is part of NELFUND’s commitment to expanding access to higher education by easing the financial burden on students across the country.
The funding is expected to provide significant relief to beneficiaries and their families, while reinforcing the Federal Government’s Renewed Hope agenda of making tertiary education more accessible and affordable.
NELFUND has continued to disburse funds to eligible tertiary institutions nationwide, enabling verified students to pay institutional charges and remain focused on their studies.
