About the Role
Teach For All is recruiting a Program Manager, Girls’ Education to lead global initiatives that advance gender equity and quality education for girls. Reporting to the Head of Girls’ Education, this role focuses on:
Running the Global Girls’ Education Fellowship and online course
Relaunching the Girls’ Education Community of Practice
Managing the Girls’ Education Learning Resource Hub
Representing Teach For All in global education and gender equity forums
Who Should Apply
Experience: Minimum 5–6 years in girls’ education, gender equity, or related sectors
Skills: Strong stakeholder engagement, community building, and cross-cultural collaboration
Other: Experience working virtually across time zones; commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion
