The University of Kent Burnett Scholarship offers a fully funded scholarship for the taught Master’s course in Conservation Science at DICE (Durrell Institute of Conservation and Ecology), starting in September 2025. It covers full tuition fees, a £19,237 stipend, and travel expenses to and from the UK. This opportunity is for students from Africa’s KAZA region.
Eligibility Requirements
Applicants must:
1. Be nationals of, or have official refugee status in, Angola, Botswana, Namibia, Zambia, or Zimbabwe.
2. Have at least two years of work experience in the conservation sector.
3. Hold a good undergraduate degree (minimum of a UK 2:1 or equivalent).
4. Meet UK Visas and Immigration specifications and the University of Kent’s English language requirements.
