Dear parents,
Please be careful, for we see everything.
From how you talk to how you treat one another. We notice what makes you smile or frown. We notice the little moments like when your partner makes you cry or buys that one gift you’ve always wanted.
We notice the manner in which you are spoken to and the manner in which you respond back. We noticed how you handled that difficult situation. We see when you pretend like all is fine and we know when things are truly fine.
Please be careful, because we closely watch the love story you both tell us.
For the shade of hue you use in painting, is the same most of us children, pick up to paint.
Though some of us end up with perfect love stories like yours, most of us actually wreck our present with past pains that aren’t ours to bear in the first place.
Dear Parents, Though not easy, you need to be very careful, for we see everything and to everything we see, we read meanings.
