About the Nigeria Jubilee Fellows Programme (NJFP)
The Federal Government of Nigeria, in partnership with the European Union (EU) and the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), has opened applications for the second cohort of the Nigeria Jubilee Fellows Programme (NJFP).
The NJFP offers a 12-month paid fellowship for young Nigerian graduates, providing hands-on experience, mentorship, and a ₦150,000 monthly stipend to support their professional development.
This initiative is part of the government’s commitment to tackling youth unemployment, fostering skill development, and promoting inclusive economic growth.

Programme Details
The Nigeria Jubilee Fellows Programme (NJFP 2.0) is designed to bridge the gap between young graduates and the professional world by offering them placements in reputable organizations across the country.
Through this one-year fellowship, fellows will gain valuable work experience, strengthen their employability, and contribute to Nigeria’s national development goals.

Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for the NJFP 2025, applicants must:
Be a Nigerian citizen
Be a fresh graduate (Bachelor’s degree or HND) who graduated not earlier than 2022
Have at least a Second-Class Lower (2.2) for Bachelor’s or Upper Credit (>3.00) for HND
Be 30 years old or younger
Not currently employed
Have completed NYSC or possess an NYSC exemption certificate
Demonstrate interest in career development and national growth
Exhibit strong communication and time management skills
