These personal omissions can affect work relations and teamwork.
In some instances, the teacher can be up to their task personally but inadequate in their professional expectation. Certain exposure, training, circles, networks can solve such inadequacy. Some even go back to school to advance their career. The ability to learn can close this gap.
What happens to personal incompetent? Personal development in this context is key because people think personal development is only a personal issue so they neglect that aspect and assume the person can handle it. Unfortunately, most times they don’t handle it because, some are yet to take responsibility and this could cause a delay in promotion.
