Job Title: Female Quantity Surveyor / Director’s Assistant
Location: Lekki–Ajah Axis, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-Time
Job Description:
Our company is seeking a proactive Female Quantity Surveyor to work closely with the Director and provide full Quantity Surveying services. The role involves site supervision, cost management, and taking charge of site operations and team coordination when the Director is unavailable.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Director in project planning, costing, and execution.
Prepare cost estimates, budgets, BOQs, and valuations.
Supervise site activities and manage teams and subcontractors.
Monitor project costs, variations, and expenditures.
Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with specifications.
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Quantity Surveyor.
Experience in site and project management.
B.Sc./HND in Quantity Surveying or related field.
Strong leadership, attention to detail, and passion for the profession.
Must reside within or close to the Lekki–Ajah axis.
