JOB VACANCY: HEAD OF OPERATIONS

Key Responsibilities:

Operational Leadership
* Translate the CEO’s creative vision into actionable strategic plans with clear KPIs and timelines.
* Lead and manage day-to-day operations across all departments.
* Develop and maintain operational systems, policies, and workflows to improve efficiency.
* Ensure all projects meet budget, timeline, and quality targets.

Systems & Process Improvement
* Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement, service expansion, and operational innovation.
* Audit, restructure, and drive compliance of all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for the firm.
* Lead technology adoption for all departments to ensure all functions are continuously optimized.

Financial Oversight
* Partner with leadership on budgeting, forecasting, and profitability analysis.
* Monitor the financial inflow and outflow of every department within the organization.

Vendor & Client Coordination
* Manage relationships with key suppliers, contractors, and service providers.
* Ensure contracts, agreements, and compliance documents are current and accurate.
* Lead client communication for operational matters, ensuring a premium service experience.

Education/Certifications:
* 3–5 years of operations leadership experience, preferably in a creative services, architecture, or design firm.
* Strong understanding of project and people management, financial oversight, and negotiations.
* Ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules, and step-by-step action plans.
* Vast knowledge of all statutory regulations guiding all departments.
* Strong organizational planning, structuring, and management skills.
* Master’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
