We are seeking an experienced and passionate Barista to join our team, responsible for crafting high-quality espresso-based beverages, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining a clean, efficient workspace.
Role: Barista
Reports to: Operational Manager
Location: Admiralty, Lagos State
Sector: Hospitality (Cafe)
Contract Type: Full-Time
Responsibilities
* Expertly brew coffee, prepare espresso-based drinks, teas, and specialty beverages to company standards.
* Operate and clean coffee machines, grinders, and café equipment daily.
* Greet guests warmly, take orders, and provide excellent, friendly service.
* Assist with inventory checks and maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic workstation.
* Educate customers on menu items, including coffee blends and food offerings.
Requirement
* Previous experience (at least 1 year) as a Barista or in a similar cafe role.
* Strong knowledge of coffee brewing methods and espresso equipment.
* Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and work as part of a team.
* Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
