JOB TITLE: HR MANAGER

INDUSTRY: E-COMMERCE

SALARY: ₦300,000 MONTHLY

JOB TYPE: ONSITE, FULL-TIME

LOCATION: IKEJA, LAGOS.

We are currently seeking an efficient and proactive HR Manager to oversee and manage all human resource functions within a fast-growing E-commerce company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving HR initiatives, managing employee relations, and ensuring the effective implementation of HR policies and processes.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
– Minimum of 3 years HR experience
– Experience working in E-commerce, Retail, or a fast-paced environment is an advantage
– Strong knowledge of HR best practices and Nigerian labor law
– Efficient, proactive, and able to take initiative
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Strong organizational and leadership abilities.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
– Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle processes
– Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
– Handle employee relations, disciplinary matters, and conflict resolution
– Oversee performance management and staff development initiatives
– Maintain HR records and ensure compliance with labor laws
– Provide strategic HR support to management.
