The 2026 edition of the University Duel has concluded with Obafemi Awolowo University (OAU) emerging champions after defeating the Federal University of Technology, Akure (FUTA) in the final.
OAU recorded a dominant 107 points to FUTA’s 62 in the decisive match, securing the top spot in the competition.
Despite the final result, FUTA delivered an impressive run throughout the tournament, showcasing consistency, resilience, and academic strength across multiple rounds.
