The Federal Government has released the 2026/2027 admission list for successful candidates offered admission into Junior Secondary School One (JSS1) of Federal Unity Colleges across the country.
The release was approved by the Minister of Education, Dr Maruf Tunji Alausa, as part of efforts to ensure a transparent, accessible and orderly admission process for prospective students seeking placement in the Federal Unity Colleges.
According to the Federal Ministry of Education, parents and guardians can check the admission status of their children and wards through the Ministry’s admission portal or the notice board of the relevant Federal Unity College.
Successful candidates are required to print their admission slips and proceed to the Federal Unity College indicated on the slip for confirmation and completion of the admission process.
The Ministry said admission status and admission slips can be accessed through the FME Posting Portal.

Parents and guardians have been advised to check the admission status of their children and wards promptly and ensure that successful candidates report to their respective colleges as required.
The Minister congratulated all successful candidates and urged them to approach their academic journey with diligence, discipline and commitment to excellence.
The Federal Unity Colleges are among the institutions operated by the Federal Government to provide secondary education to students from different parts of Nigeria, with admission into JSS1 serving as an important entry point for prospective students.
