The University of Glasgow has announced the African Excellence Award 2026/27, offering up to 16 scholarships to high-achieving students from Africa seeking to pursue a one-year postgraduate taught Master’s degree in the United Kingdom.
The scholarship is designed to support talented African students who want to develop advanced knowledge and skills that can contribute positively to their communities and careers.
Scholarship Benefits
Successful applicants will receive a full tuition fee waiver for their eligible one-year postgraduate taught Master’s programme at the University of Glasgow.
However, scholarship recipients will still be required to meet the UKVI financial requirements for living costs as international students.
