Applications are now open for the 2025 Aqua for All Social Impact Incentives (SIINC). The SIINC model, developed under the Impact-Linked Fund for WASH (ILF for WASH) and supported by Roots of Impact, provides time-bound payments to enterprises for achieving independently verified social outcomes.
The program is designed to help WASH enterprises scale sustainable solutions while attracting investment and deepening social impact.
Eligibility Requirements
Enterprises must:
Be based and/or active in Asia, Sub-Saharan Africa, or the MENA region.
Have been operational for at least three years.
Be raising or have concrete prospects of raising investments of at least EUR 500,000 (drinking water and menstrual hygiene enterprises) or EUR 250,000 (sanitation enterprises).
Have a well-defined business and revenue model, regardless of legal form.
Have reached or be close to financial sustainability (break-even point or profitability).
Focus on water, sanitation, and/or hygiene (WASH) with a strong emphasis on low-income communities, gender, and/or climate.
Have an impact measurement and management system already in place.
