Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must:
Be under 40 years old (by Feb 1, 2025)
Be in good physical and mental health
Be proficient in English
Be a civil servant or officially recommended by their government
Have at least 2 years (Master’s) or 3 years (Doctorate) relevant professional experience
