Maryanne Kooda graduated from the University of Abuja, Nigeria in 2005 with
a BSc. in Public Administration, and completed her Post Graduate Diploma in Special
Needs Education in 2012 from the Open University of Colombo, Sri Lanka.
Ms Kooda completed her Msc in Environment Management from the University of Colombo, Sri Lanka.
For over 10 years, Ms. Kooda worked to support students’ communication and social
skills in the classroom, and online. She has done this while making learning literacy relevant to
students’ lives through critical thinking and analysis of contemporary issues, managing
resources to maximize efficiency and develop effective strategies to ensure the success of the
school administration.
Ms. Kooda joined the Divantra Limited February of 2020, after contributing to the
growth and success of three different organizations in the past 10 years. Her
exceptional planning, research, report writing, leadership, and management abilities
have been instrumental in the identification of income opportunities for the Dewdrop
Institute.
Her vast experience encompasses marketing management, strategic planning,
resource utilization, revenue growth, and cost reduction. Her ability to analyze needs and create unique solutions designed to yield a profitable outcome has proven to be one of her greatest assets. She has been credited with significantly
impacting bottom-line productivity wherever she has worked and excels at streamlining
less-than-efficient procedures to boost productivity and sales communication.
Her proactive management style and crucial external relationships have allowed her to increase
revenue, apply proven leadership skills, have a strong commitment to high ethical and
professional standards, and flexibility in devising proactive responses to changing
socioeconomic conditions.
