Job Title: Operations Manager
Industry: Fashion retail (Bespoke & Ready to wear)
Location: Lekki
Pay: #250,000-300,000 net

The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the fashion house to ensure seamless production, sales, and customer service delivery. This role ensures that all departments efficiently aligns with the company’s quality standards, timelines, and brand goals. The ideal candidate will combine business acumen with a creative appreciation for fashion to drive operational excellence and organizational growth.

Job Responsibilities
* Supervise daily operations across production, retail outlets, and online sales channels.
* Ensure that all processes (from design to delivery) run smoothly and efficiently.
* ⁠Take measurements, track orders and communicate timelines
* Oversee inventory management, ensuring accurate stock records and timely replenishment.
* Supervise and support staff in various departments including production, sales, and admin.
* ⁠Ensure high standards of product quality and service delivery across all touchpoints.
* Address customer complaints or service gaps promptly and professionally.

Requirements
* Related work experience as a Sales rep/Sales Manager/Store manager or Operations manager in the fashion retail space
* Excellent communication and leadership skills.
* Proven track record of successfully leading teams, achieving targets, and delivering results.
