URGENT RECRUITMENT

Title: SENIOR ELECTRICAL & INSTRUMENTATION ENGINEER

An Engineering & Systems Integration business that provides an exceptionally high
quality engineering service for its customers in the areas of Automation & Control systems, Functional Safety (SIS), Instrumentation, Fire & Gas systems, Turbomachinery (Compressor/Turbine) controls, Electrical, Panel building,
Training, & Project management.

DUTIES:
1. Develop project execution plan, method statement, job safety analysis in compliance with global standards IEC, ISA, NFPA, NEC, IEEE, ANSI, etc
2. Develop technical design specification & review drawings (P&ID, Electrical schematics control system IO wiring), technical proposals & field service report to ensure document to be submitted to customer is compliant to customer requirements, global standards & best practices. Handle major technical proposals bid submission directly.
3. Responsible for electrical & instrumentation engineering engagement with customers
4. Carry out supervision of site installation, testing & commissioning of field instrumentation (transmitter, valves, pumps, switches etc), fire & gas devices (gas & flame detectors, manual call point), and automation (PLC & SCADA) systems, troubleshooting and Field Services covering cable tray installation, cable laying, device mounting, loop checks.
5. Carry out supervision of site installation, testing & commissioning of electrical installations (electrical panelsMCC/Switchgears, Earthing, Lighting, Lightning).
6. Lead team onsite and ensure adequate project report submission.
7. Responsible for leading meetings, prepare & maintain project documentation, delegate tasks to junior team members, effectively communicate project status, handle project risk, implement change management & conduct training.
8. Manages, plans, organizes project activities and communicates project status on a regular basis.
9. Exhibit good project management skills from project planning to execution, monitoring, controlling & closing.
10. Develop and maintain issue logs to ensure accountability to the resolution of key issues.

ELEIGIBILITY:
* B.Eng. Electrical Electronics/Instrumentation/Mechanical
* Lead over 20 Projects as Team Leader
* Posses above 7 yrs working experience
* Project Management Professional PMP Certification is an added advantage
* Project management training & project management experience in the oil & gas sector is also an added advantage
* Good electrical & Instrumentation skills will be an edge.
