Job Title: HR Officer (Administrative Support)

A fast growing and dynamic real estate firm in Lekki is looking for an experienced HR officer to join the HR team in Lekki, who will essentially be responsible for paperwork and administrative tasks.

Location: Lekki, Lagos

Experience: 1 – 2 years

Responsibilities:

– Tidy up and manage HR paperwork and records
– Handle HR administrative functions, such as data entry and filing
– Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes
– Provide general administrative support to the HR team

Requirements:

– 1-2 years of experience in HR administration
– Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or related field
– Strong organizational and communication skills
– Proficiency in Ai tools MS Office and HR software
