We Are Hiring: Junior Finance Analyst (Interim Contract)
Location: Ikoyi, Lagos State
Employment Type: Temporary / Interim Contract
Duration: 3 Months (Renewable)
Salary: ₦350,000 – ₦400,000 Gross Monthly
Start Date: Immediate
A women-focused social impact organisation is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Junior Finance Analyst to support its finance operations during a key phase of organisational growth and strengthening.
The ideal candidate will support financial reporting, reconciliations, bookkeeping, data analysis, and general finance operations while ensuring accuracy, accountability, and compliance.
Requirements:
* Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field
* 2–4 years relevant finance/accounting experience
* Strong Microsoft Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, SUMIF, etc.)
* Experience with accounting software
* Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
* Experience within nonprofit, consulting, or development sectors is an advantage
