Job Description

Hiring: Business Development Manager

Location: Lagos (Lekki proximity is an advantage)

We are hiring a proactive and results-driven Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth, secure new business opportunities, and strengthen our sales structure.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute growth strategies
Identify and close new business opportunities
Train and manage in-house and independent sales teams
Build strong client and partner relationships
Track performance and drive team productivity

Requirements
Minimum of 2 years experience in the real estate sector
Proven ability to generate leads and close deals
Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
Ability to train and motivate sales teams
Proximity to Lekki is an advantage
