Formulate and execute aggressive market entry strategies across Lagos and key commercial hubs in Nigeria.
Prospect and secure high-value B2B relationships across hospitals, clinics, retail pharmacies, and major distributors.
Generate qualified leads through field visits, networking, digital prospecting, and industry events.
2. Sales Pipeline & Account Closing
Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, qualification, product presentations, contract negotiation, and closing.
Build and maintain a robust pipeline to consistently meet and exceed monthly/quarterly revenue targets.
Identify competitor tactics, pricing trends, and emerging opportunities to maximize market share.

Maintain rigorous CRM records (pipeline tracking, deal forecasting, and activity logging).
Prepare regular commercial intelligence reports for executive leadership.
Ensure all sales and marketing activities strictly adhere to PCN guidelines and ethical pharmaceutical standards.
Candidate Requirements
1. Education & Certification:
Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm) or Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D).
License: Active Pharmacists Council of Nigeria (PCN) operating license for the current year.
Certifications in Marketing, Business Administration, or Commercial Management are a plus.
2. Experience & Exposure
Experience: Minimum 5 years in Sales/BD, with at least 3 years in a direct, quota-carrying role.

Network: Established relationships with key decision-makers (Medical Directors, Procurement Managers, Pharmacy Owners, and Distributors).
Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with modern CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, etc.) and disciplined pipeline management.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Your performance will be evaluated across three core areas:
Sales Activity: Volume of cold calls/visits, qualified leads generated, presentations conducted, and proposal conversion rate.
Pipeline Health: Pipeline value growth, deal conversion ratios, and CRM update accuracy.
Commercial Impact: Monthly/quarterly revenue targets, gross profit margin, target vs. actual collections, and account retention.
