The Head of Business Development will lead the organization\’s growth strategy, driving revenue expansion, identifying new business opportunities, and building strategic partnerships across all business units (including retail, apartments and the food & beverage division). The role is responsible for market expansion, client acquisition, and positioning the company competitively within its industry.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy aligned with company goals.
- Identify, evaluate, and pursue new revenue streams, partnerships, and investment opportunities.
- Lead negotiations for new contracts, leases, franchises, and strategic alliances.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities and industry trends.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, investors, vendors, and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the Apartment Management and Bakery/Pizza divisions to identify cross-selling and expansion opportunities.
- Prepare business proposals, pitch decks, and financial projections for new ventures.
- Set annual revenue targets and monitor performance against business development KPIs.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions.
- Provide regular reports and strategic recommendations to executive management.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor\’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or related field (MBA an advantage).
- Minimum of 7-10 years\’ experience in business development, sales, or strategic partnerships, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and closing high-value deals.
- Experience in retail, hospitality, or food & beverage sectors is highly desirable.
