Job Description
Description:
- Responsible for collecting, counting, recording, and banking daily cash sales of the station.
- Responsible for safekeeping of all cash collected.
- Preparation of daily/monthly POS reconciliation report to ensure accuracy of receipt of funds.
- Monitoring of fuel attendants as it relates to cash mop up on the forecourt.
- Responsible for managing station petty cash disbursement and application for reimbursement.
- Responsible for responding to POS chargeback mails by providing support as required.
- Any other tasks may be assigned from time to time.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- B.Sc or HND in Accounting
- Professional qualification is an added advantage (ACA or ACCA)
- Attention to details
- Ability to work with and in team settings
- Self-motivated and work well with little supervision
- Experience in a similar or related role of 2 – 3 years
