Ilyas Osman Lugatoor, Vice President of Puntland, attended the graduation ceremony for the second cohort of students from the Tolmo Society’s Youth Innovation Hub on Sunday.
The event, held at the Puntland Development Research Center (PDRC), celebrated the achievements of young graduates trained in leadership and professional skills.
