The management of Lagos State University (LASU), through its Directorate of Special Interventions, has announced that the Nigerian Education Loan Fund (NELFUND) has successfully disbursed student loans for students whose applications were successful.
This was contained in a press statement signed by the Coordinator, Centre for Information and Public Relations (CIPR) of the university, Oluwayemisi Thomas-Onashile, on Sunday January 12, 2025.
According to the release, the university management will be crediting the school fees accounts of such students directly.
The Vice-Chancellor of the university, Prof. Ibiyemi Olatunji-Bello, expressed her sincere gratitude to the NELFUND for the disbursement of funds which will provide financial support to students who are pursuing their academic goals and require assistance to cover their educational expenses.
